January 2009. Strong earthquake shakes Costa Rica Today.

A heavy earthquake shook Costa Rica on Thursday, ruinous a youngster and sending frightened residents on-going into the streets of the peerless as windows shattered and walls cracked. The U.S. Geological Survey said the 6.1-magnitude temblor was centered 22 miles (35 kilometers) northwest of the outstanding of San Jose in the ancient afternoon, near the Poas Volcano popular park.
